Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich: The Perfect Morning Boost!
Ingredients:
2 slices of thick bread (toasted)
2 large eggs
2 slices of bacon
1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon: In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
2. Prepare the eggs:
In the same pan, melt butter.
Crack one egg directly into the pan for frying. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny (or cook longer for a firmer yolk).
Scramble the second egg, season, and cook it in the same pan, folding it into a fluffy square shape.
3. Assemble the sandwich:
On one slice of toasted bread, layer the scrambled egg, followed by the crispy bacon, cheese, and then the fried egg on top.
Add the second slice of toasted bread to complete the sandwich.
4. Garnish: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish.
