Maple Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Crispy Maple Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts | Easy Holiday Side Dish

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed

8 slices bacon, halved
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Toothpicks

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Wrap each Brussels sprout with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on the baking sheet and brush each bacon-wrapped sprout with the maple glaze.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through, until bacon is crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. These sweet, smoky, and savory bites make the perfect appetizer or side dish!
