Baked chicken wings, white rice and green beans

Ingredients

Baked Crispy Chicken:
6 chicken breasts, defrosted
1/2 cup crumbled cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup powdered parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten

Rice Pilaf:

2 tablespoons butter
2 cups white rice
1 cup whole grain angel hair, broke into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Green beans:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 cup fresh green beans
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Baked Crispy Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cooking spray shallow baking dish, set aside.
Combine crumbled Cornflakes and Parmesan Cheese in a small mixing bowl.
Beat egg in a small mixing bowl.
Dip chicken breast in egg and then dip in mixture.
Place in sprayed shallow baking dish.
Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till center is done.
Rice Pilaf:
Saute in skillet butter, white rice, angel hair, onion.
Continue to saute until onion is tender, rice and noodles slightly browned.
Add water, bouillon, salt.
Cover, reduce to a simmer, and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir occasionally.

Green Beans:

In a skillet combine ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender crisp.
Add 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, cook an additional minute (optional)
