Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preparation: Season the sirloin steak with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Cooking: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove and let it rest. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter, then sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside. Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens. Return the shrimp to the skillet and coat in the sauce, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Final touches: Slice the rested steak and serve it topped with the creamy shrimp and sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
