Easy Ground Turkey Vegetable Skillet

One-Pan Ground Turkey and Veggie Delight
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the chopped bell pepper, diced zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the chopped spinach and Italian seasoning, stirring until the spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
