- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
For the Sauce:

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for richness)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water (for thickening)
- 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Cooking Tips:
- To keep the broccoli vibrant green, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute before stir-frying.
- Use a high-heat oil like avocado oil for a smokier flavor.
