Reuben Bread Bowl Dip Recipe
Irresistible Reuben Bread Bowl Dip – A Party Favorite Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 large round loaf of rye bread
- 1 cup corned beef, finely chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the round loaf of rye bread and hollow out the inside to create a bowl. Reserve the bread chunks for dipping.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, caraway seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread bowl with the Reuben dip mixture.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, arrange the reserved bread chunks on the baking sheet to toast slightly.
- Serve the Reuben Bread Bowl Dip warm, surrounded by the toasted bread chunks for dipping.
