Steak & Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles: The Ultimate Fusion Dish You’ll Love!

Ingredients:

  • For the Teriyaki Sauce:
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • For the Steak and Shrimp:
    • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • For the Noodles and Veggies:
    • 8 oz stir-fry noodles or spaghetti
    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional Garnishes:
    • Sesame seeds
    • Additional sliced green onions

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:
    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Noodles:
    Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
    Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
    Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
    In the same skillet, add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and shredded carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Combine Everything:
    Return the steak, shrimp, and cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the mixture and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve:
    Divide the teriyaki noodles into bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
