No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Irresistible No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake – Perfect for Any Occasion!

A creamy, fruity, and utterly indulgent dessert perfect for any occasion! Layers of banana, cheesecake, and classic banana split toppings make this a crowd-pleaser. 

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped

Banana Layer:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced

Toppings:

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust (10 minutes):
    • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
    • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer (10 minutes):
    • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
    • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Layers (15 minutes):
    • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
    • Arrange sliced bananas evenly over the cheesecake layer.
    • Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
  4. Add Toppings (10 minutes):
    • Evenly spread crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
    • Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
    • Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
  5. Chill and Serve (3-4 hours):
    • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
    • Slice into squares and serve chilled.
