Instructions

  1. Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
    Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust spice/sweetness. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook the Pasta:
    Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
  3. Crispy Shrimp:
    • Pat shrimp dry. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Coat shrimp evenly in the cornstarch mixture.
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the Dish:
