Chocolate Pie

Chocolate Pie

1/4 cup of cornstarc
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 1/2 cups of sugar
The yolks of 3 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions :

Pre-baked pie shell (or you can make your own from scratch if you prefer!)
Step 1: One at a time, mix all of the ingredients together in a pan.
Step 2: Place the pan on the stove on medium heat, stirring consistently until the mixture thickens. This may take 10 to 15 minutes, so you’ll have to be patient!
Step 3: When the solution has thickened, pour it over top of the pie shell.
Step 4: Place the pie in the fridge until it has set and cooled. Once cooled, feel free to top with whipped cream, berries, chocolate shavings, or anything else you like!
And that’s it! bound to become a family favorite. Enjoy!
