Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Banana Layer:
- 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced
Toppings:
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust (10 minutes):
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer (10 minutes):
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
- Assemble the Layers (15 minutes):
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Arrange sliced bananas evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
- Add Toppings (10 minutes):
- Evenly spread crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
- Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
- Chill and Serve (3-4 hours):
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
