Cheesesteak Egg Roll Taco


Ingredients
Thin cut steak or chicken
Egg roll wraps
Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onion
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Peanut oil
small onion, chopped

Directions

Get the Large Egg Roll Wraps
Cook the meat and season to your liking
Place about 2 spoon full of the meat inside of the egg roll wrap Include some sprinkled cheddar cheese on
top Place a sprinkle of the chopped onion in there as well
Wrap the rolls very carefully

Place taco rolls in the grease and cook until golden brown
Remove the taco rolls from the grease and place on a rack to drain off the grease

Enjoy with your favorite dip or salsa
