Dole Pineapple Whips

My mom and I had this at the Magic Kingdom® in Disney® and it is to die for! Excellent on a hot day as a smoothie and even better when frozen as a sorbet.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

Instructions

Place the frozen pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Put in a gallon sized back and let freeze for 1 hour or until it reaches desired consistency.
Scoop the mixture into a cup and pour pineapple juice on top to make it a float!
