How to Make Lemon Pepper Hot Wings with Bacon Cheese Fries

Making these delicious game day treats is easy! Here’s what you’ll need:

1 pound chicken wings
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
1 pound frozen fries
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice of variety)
1/2 cup crumbled bacon

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the lemon pepper seasoning and hot sauce.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and coat them with the seasoning mixture.
In a separate bowl, place the flour. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour, making sure they are fully coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Carefully place the chicken wings in the hot oil and fry for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
While the chicken wings are frying, place the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
Once the fries are done, top them with the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Place the tray back in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the hot wings and fries from the oven and serve immediately.
