Vanilla cinnamon pancakes!

Vanilla cinnamon pancakes!

2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cinnamon
3 tablespoons melted butter

Mix all ingredients well, preheat your cast iron skillet or pan to medium heat and add a tablespoon or so of butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and flip when it starts to bubble and you see the edges turning crispy and golden brown. Repeat until done and serve your pancakes with warm maple syrup. I served these with fluffy cheese scrambled eggs, sausage links and hot buttered grits 🌞 S
