For the Topping:
- 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling on top)
Directions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until fully combined.
