Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

cup Water
½ cup Granulated Sugar
⅓ cup Soy Sauce (Less Sodium)
2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Honey
tsp Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
12 Large Chicken Wings
Garnish:
Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Combine water, sugar,soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, wine vinegar, and minced garlic in a large skillet over medium heat.
Mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Add the wings to the skillet.
Cover the wings with the sauce. Put the lid on the skillet. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the skillet lid and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes. The wings will be tender and the sauce thickened.
Continue to spoon the sauce over the wings.

Garnish:

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken wings.
