½ lb. Smoked turkey
2 Cans green beans drained (14.5 oz. each)
1 Onion diced
10 Small red potatoes chopped
1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
2 tsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
Place the smoked turkey and onion into a large pot, and cover with water.
Bring the pot to a boil, cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 2 hours.
Remove the turkey from the pot, discard the skin and bones, and return the meat to the pot.
Add the potatoes, green beans, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the pot, bring to a boil, and cook until the potatoes are tender.
Drain off any excess liquid if desired and serve.
