Jerk Chicken and Shrimp pineapple bowl

Ingredients

1 ripe pineapple
2 chicken breast thin cut
1 tsp Grace jerk seasoning
1 tsp Walkerwood Jamaican jerk seasoning
12 jumbo shrimp
2 bell pepper
1 red onion diced

Directions

cut pineapple in half including leaves
cut around inside but do not break the skin
cut horizontal and vertical lines in fruit
scoop out cubes
preheat pan (med temp) add 1 Tb oil
Add chicken and cook 2-3 min per side until pink gone
Add shrimp cook for 2-3 min
Add veggies and simmer for several minutes
Add some pineapple chunks back into the meat mix and refill the bowl.
