Jerk shrimp angel eggs!

Jerk shrimp angel eggs!
A keto friendly snack for you🙂

All I did was season up some large shrimp with a store bought jerk seasoning and sear them in a very hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side. (You can probably find a good jerk seasoning on the spice aisle at your neighborhood grocer)

For the angel eggs I just boiled some eggs for 10 minutes, peeled them then cut in half and removed the yolks. In a small bowl I mixed the yolks, a little mustard, dill pickle relish, salt, pepper and paprika then filled the egg white halves and topped them each with a tasty shrimp.

These lil angel eggs are so tasty they’re devilish
