Shrimp And Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

½ lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
½ lb. Chicken cut into bite sized pieces
Olive oil
¼ C. Soy sauce
¼ C. Oyster sauce
Chili oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 C. Coleslaw mix with carrots
¼ C. Chopped green onions
½ C. Bean sprouts
2 Packages of pre-cooked stir fry noodles

Instructions

Place some olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add the chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
When the chicken is nearly done cooking, add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes more until both the chicken and shrimp are cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the coleslaw mix, bean sprouts and stir fry noodles.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce and chili oil to taste.
Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the skillet and stir to combine.
Saute for 5 minutes longer and garnish with green onions before serving.
