Smoked Ribs

Tasty Smoked Ribs for Sunday dinner… Yummy!

You’ll Need 

1 slab Ribs
Sea salt
Black pepper
Celery flakes
Smoke paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
Red Pepper flakes
Chicken broth

Instructions

Season Ribs to your liking
Smoke at 225 temp indirect heat for 3 hours or to your liking
– mix seasonings with chicken broth and brush every 20 minutes for last hour
Enjoy!
