Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set them aside with the chicken.
  4. In the same pan, add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the pan with the sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the Cajun chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
