The Cajun spices add a nice kick of heat to the shrimp and salmon, while the buttery garlic cream sauce adds a rich, creamy texture. To start, you’ll need to gather the following ingredients:

-1 lb of shrimp
-1 lb of salmon
-2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
-1 tbsp of olive oil
-1 cup of heavy cream
-4 cloves of minced garlic
-4 tbsp of butter
-1 lb of green beans
-4 potatoes
-1/2 cup of milk
-2 tbsp of butter

Directions :

To prepare the shrimp and salmon, first, rinse and pat dry the shrimp and salmon. Season both with the Cajun seasoning and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the shrimp and salmon. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and the salmon is cooked through.

While the seafood is cooking, it’s time to make the buttery garlic cream sauce. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the heavy cream, bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Now it’s time to prepare the side dishes. Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Boil them in a pot of water for 15-20 minutes or until they are tender. Drain the water and add the milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mash the potatoes until they reach a creamy consistency.

For the garlic sautéed green beans, trim the ends of the green beans and add them to a pan with a little bit of oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until they are tender. Add garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.

To serve, place the cooked shrimp and salmon on a plate, pour the buttery garlic cream sauce over the top, and serve with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and garlic sautéed green beans. This recipe is easy to make, packed with flavor, and sure to be a hit with the whole family. Enjoy!
